Juice truck owner Deborah C. Smith is a certified Holistic Health Coach with a 12-year practice and a proven track record of helping clients overcome obstacles to create lasting change in their nutrition and lifestyle. Deborah has several options for clients interested in initiating change in the areas of: weight loss, healthy cooking, creating a holistic-supportive kitchen, career and nutrition balance, and nutrition + fitness routines.

With this Coaching package, you will work one-on-one with Deborah over a series of 5 (90 minute) sessions to combine proven health education tools, menu planning and exercise to create a realistic approach to your overall health and fitness that can be truly effective and life-changing. Each session will build upon the last and help to structure your daily, weekly & monthly routines to make small, manageable changes that have a big impact on how you feel and function in the world. The sessions are scheduled every week for 5 weeks with regular check-ins between meetings. Each session is 45 minutes and are conducted via Skype (or other internet based video-conference). This program is about setting up a solid foundation for your optimal health! IT REQUIRES WORK! You will be asked to show up FULLY for every call to get the results you are seeking.
